C25K "off" days?
If you are doing C25K, what are you doing on your "off" days? It says you shouldn't run 2 or 3 days in a row, but instead break them up if possible. I know I need to be doing something on the non-running days but besides Zumba once a week I'm not sure what else I should do. So, what are you doing? Would doing the 30 day…
