Hi All, Have heard a few people talking about "Overnight Oats". My questions are: How do you cook them/make them? Are they tasty? What can you add to them? Are they low calorie? Confused by cooked/dried brown rice calories???
Hi Everyone, I'll try and be brief.....I'm having wholegrain brown rice tonight (Sainsburys) and on the packet it says that a 50g Dry Weight is 169 calories BUT 100g cooked as per instructions is 135 calories?????
