Can i lose 40 pounds in 3months?
Well, ive been on a diet for a while now, and by watching what i eat and excersising every once in a while, i've lost in total 14pounds. I have 40 more to go to reach my goal weight, I'd like to lose it by the end of august. Is it safe/possible to do so? Thanks!:wink:

I decided that, I'm not going to worry about eating back excercise calories, unless i'm hungry. I figured that would be the best way to do it. Don't you think? It really makes no sense to eat them all back, it doesn't seem like you will lose anything. By that being said, i'll eat the 1200 calories i should eat and them…

Well, Hey! :) I'm starting back up again with my whole excercise and diet. I slacked off for awhile after i lost about 15 pounds, I still have about 29 more to go. Will this cause excess skin?
Hi :D Will eating about 1200 calories a day and burning 1500 cause me to have excess skin? I don't want it, but i've heard if you lose more than a pound a week your body doesn't have time to adjust the skin, so in the end you'll have excess skin.
