Sodium content in Taco seasoning packet
Was soo amazed at how much sodium is in the taco seasoning packets at the store this morning. Some were as high as 830mg. It nearly made my ankles swell on contact. Crapped up today.
Ok....made homemade bread....ooohhh....house smelled wonderful. Little guy and I took a piece. Still hot from the oven. Just a little butter...not much. Ate it. Saw that it was still sitting out.
