Hey everyone! I'm new and looking for healthy snacks for those times that I'm not really hungry but my NET cals are low. (I work out in the evenings so this can happen often) Some ideas I already have are nuts and dried fruits so I think I may make some homemade trail mix..... Any others? Thanks!
