lose weight first, then exercise?
I really don't want to exercise. Its too much work. Its boring. Am I wrong for trying to lose some pounds with a change in diet, then exercising when i'm at a more comfortable weight???

Why is it not recommended to lose more than 1 or 2 pounds a week. Is something terrible going to happen if I lose 4 pounds this week?

How many calories will I have to burn, to lose 1 lb of body fat. Does this even make sense?

600 Calories left, what to eat?
I end up with a lot of leftover calories and need some healthy suggestions to fill it up, but don't want to eat a lot of carbs... any suggestions?????????
