Calories burned using a golf cart
My daughter says the "Golf with power cart" option is not the same as using a riding golf cart. If this is the case then does anybody know the average amount of calories burned when golfing with a riding cart? Thanks, Mike

Raising your metabolism
I hear ads on the radio about diet supplements that are supposed to raise your metabolic rate. I was told that a persons metabolism is set and cannot be changed. Which one is correct? Mike

Need to get in shape
My name is Mike and I live in Minnesota. Lately, my exercise has consisted of golf and ice fishing. Years ago I was involved in not only golf but cycling and karate. I want to get back in shape like I was years ago.
