Need to get in shape

My name is Mike and I live in Minnesota. Lately, my exercise has consisted of golf and ice fishing. Years ago I was involved in not only golf but cycling and karate. I want to get back in shape like I was years ago.

    Why don't you pick up cycling again. If you love that-it is a great start and you will have fun doing it!!

    That is my plan. I took my bike in for a tune up and it is ready to go. I just need to get my butt on the seat and go.
