so i have a question on strength training

weight loss/ age appearance
In viewing a lot of the success stories, I am struck by how much younger many of the after pictures look than the before pictures. I know that l appear older the more weight tend to carry. On the other hand, on at least one of my previous diets, I probably lost too much weight. I let the BMI determine my stopping place…
