Calories in Coffee
Hi, I have recently bought a cappuccino machine and am loving my skinny cappuccinos! Does anyone know how many calories are acutally in coffee? Are the calories only in the milk when you have a cappuccino? Ive tried googling but seem to get conflicting information. Any help would be good...thanks!

Hi, I have been doing MFP for about 4 weeks. I usually record my weight each day. I was just wondering where do you put in your starting weight? I don't remember putting it in and can't find it anywhere. Thanks Kym
