With the lock-down for the last year. I have put on extra pounds. I just started bicycling on the hub trail. So far I have only traveled about 4.2 km to 4.6 km at somewhat slow speeds. Working at getting better.
Its been 6 months since I started going to the gym religiously. I have made much progress since I started. feb 9th/2011 until june 29th/2011 I have lost 25 lbs.
