Its been 6 months since I started going to the gym religiously. I have made much progress
since I started. feb 9th/2011 until june 29th/2011 I have lost 25 lbs.
Eating habit change is what is really helping. If you eat healthy then You can really eat
more as you dont have excess calories in small portion meals.
Fruit and Veggies actually start tasting good.
I still have 40lbs to go. Its do-able but very challenging. All I know is .... I have a whole box of clothes that
will fix nicely once I drop 25 more lbs. I am getting so close now.

Awesome dedication! It really is motivating when You start wearing those smaller sizes.
And veggies are good, now go eat that cabbage :P
