Several years ago while doing Weight Watchers online, I remember a lot of the members used a graphic that showed a custom animated figure to show your before or after weight. Lettuce Calories????
There are so many options for Romaine Lettuce in the food data base. Which do you use for checking lettuce calories? Also, what's the best weigh to measure lettuce? Do you PACK the lettuce into the measuring cup? stupid questions, I know! :)

I sneaked a peek at the scale this morning.....
:bigsmile: My official weigh-in isn't until Sunday, but I couldn't resist taking a peek at the scale today! Let me say, I am pleased with the results! I know that there is a chance it will change by Sunday, but seeing the smaller number is enough encouragement for me to get through today!
