I need help finding a weight loss graphic/ticker type thingy

Several years ago while doing Weight Watchers online, I remember a lot of the members used a graphic that showed a custom animated figure to show your before or after weight. You could enter in your height, weight, hair color/style, etc. to create it in your image.

Does anyone know what I am talking about? Does it still exist?
