Question. I've been doing this now for 8 weeks, and I've lost 12.6 pounds. Very happy about that. So, today, Myfitnesspal asked me if I wanted to recalculate my goals? That was a first, and I wasn't sure how to answer, but I said yes, and it just lowered my daily calories by 60. Is that what I want? What are the benefits…
