I am working on my abs/ stomach, but lately crunches and other floor exercises have been hurting my spine/ giving me bruises... Does anyone have any links/ ideas for standing ab exercises that are as good as crunches? Thanks :)
Soo I'm a 17 year old girl with a really low cal diet, and I'm a vegetarian... I exercise everyday and I've lost a lot of weight. But I need to tone up and I can't seem to get any muscle even with almost an hour of strength exercises everyday! What should I be doing better with diet or exercise? (my diary is open) Thanks…
