I agree about Egg Nog! It makes me gag... I don't really like sweet potato anything either.

Two choices: 1) Brush your teeth, go to bed, distract yourself somehow. 2) Eat it! Often if I try to eat something else as a substitute, I still want the food I was craving. Then I end up eating BOTH and feeling bad about it!

An example day during the school year: B: granola w/ skim milk (at least 2 servings) S: 10 mini nutter butters L: starbucks coffee drink with lots of whipped cream and a scone S: 8 saltines and 2 pieces of american cheese D: toast, fish sticks, and some carrott sticks D: 5 oreos And now I would probably cry…

I just like to put various cereals or granolas in the yogurt for texture : grape nuts or granola sometimes i do strawberry and banana which is suuuuuuuuuuuer filling :)

My two strategies are to just not have in the house, and also before I eat anything I think about how I will feel about logging it here... if I will be ashamed to see it in my diary then I don't eat it... Also it helps to think about my goal. a cookie is not worth it :p

Me too .... I know tht if I start to eat junk I won't sto, so i cut out all cookies, chis, cake, ice cream etc... it sucks but its working

I used to eat peanut m&m's with popcorn (sooo good together)... But now I sneak in 24 almonds and eat them. Also sooo good! Or sometimes I pop popcorn at home and put it in a baggie (unsalted and unbuttered it's still pretty yummy!)

I don't ever consume : juice or soda candy, cake, brownies, donuts, or ice cream potato chips fast food but i still get to eat lots of yummy foods that just aren't full of preservatives or are really unhealthy
