I'm with you on the Omlette and fresh fruit. ... if I wasn't on a diet I like sausage. For a quick bfast I'm good with Greek yogurt and 1 slice of multi grain bread :)

Love, love, love plain Greek yogurt (Chobani 0%, for example) with blueberries and some Kashi toasted berry crunch cereal. And black coffee, of course.

Believe it or not, fiber cereal (the stuff that looks like tree bark), plain yogurt and fresh fruit.

waffles, smothered in butter and syrup. Bacon and cheese omelet, biscuits and gravy, eggs over easy with toast.

    well....that WAS my favorite

Now its more like whole wheat waffles with sugar free syrup. Turkey bacon, egg whites, and reduced fat cheese.

But hey, nothing tastes as good as healthy feels :)

as a special treat... on occassion... i will make...

    thin bun french toast..

1/8 c. ff milk and some cinnamon

i mix the eggs / milk/ and cin in a bowl then i dunk the thin bun slices
(i only use 1 whole bun) i usually have about 1/2 the mix left

top off with a Tbsp of Smart Squeeze non fat margarine (5 cal)

6 egg whites with a drizzle of SF syrup
    1/2 c. Blueberries
    Cafe latte

Every few days I'll add a piece of Ezekiel bread to the egg whites and make a sandwhich with pico de gallo or Tabasco -- num!

I was never a morning eater, it always made me sick to my stomach, but I really like the Odwalla bars.

I am not a huge breakfast person and struggle to eat it first thing. But I do love a Sunday brunch (courtesy of my OH) he makes a wonderful omelette :-)

If I'm not going to loose weight I love pancakes with sirup, or scrambeld egg and baked bacon :-)

But now I love to eat plain yogurt with oats, raisin and apples.
