Hi there ladies. I was on Spiro for about 1yr1/2 and a new Dr took me off it (6months ago), put me on Metformin 500mg and Pravachol 20mg (sp?) But, since I have been off Spiro I have noticed all the "hair issues", oiler face, sweating a lot etc.. I feel like I took a step backward as far as controlling my awful PCOS…

Toning abs
Hi I have a question....I really need to tone my core. I've lost 12lbs so far and am loving it! But I really need to step my game up on toning and getting a strong core. I currently am doing 30 day shred and zumba sometimes too. Any suggestions? I know nothing about exercising. :blushing:

Running...Where do I start?
Hello... I would love to run or jog. But I never have been able to do it! I run out of breath. I would love to get out there and just jog with my dog. Can anyone give me any pointers on where to begin? My brother in law aka Forest Gump....has qualified for Boston so many time....and I cant even make it around the block!…

New to site....Doing 30 day shred
Is anyone else doing the Jillian Micheals 30 day shred? I have been for 1 week and am still in level 1! I am so out of shape...I don't know if I'll ever go to level 2.
