Just got my height measured yesterday 5'4.5" All this time I told everybody I was 5'6:blushing: ..lol Oh well. I want to get to 125 currently stuck at 142-144. Good Luck ladies :flowerforyou:

Sorry to sound ignorant. But, I have such a hard time understanding caloric deficit. All, I do is follow what MFP tells me. I was on 1200 calories and only ate that...period. I just upped my calories to 1540 now. Just because I was so weak/drained. It was getting really hard for me to work out without feeling like hell!

Thanks for all the feed back. I cant see myself doing more cardio. Just because I hate it! lol I will continue lifting and you are so right lifting faster makes my heart race ;) Lets see how the increase in calories works for me...I am happy I can eat more! Thanks everone!! Happy lifting :drinker:

Ha! I never thought about that..lol Thanks! It says 1540 cal which is much more reasonable. I was tired, starved and a wee bit *****y! :blushing: Is doing cardio once a week ok? Or should I increase it?

Hang in there! I too started strong 5x5 about 4 weeks ago. And at first...the damn scale said I gained weight! So I got upset, frustrated and was lacking motivation. I use to drink soda a lot...then went to Diet and I honestly don't like it. So now I drink 1 regular soda a week if that. Or just went I go to a restaurant...since they add tons of ice. That is my little treat :) Just remember **** Everything in moderation is key. Took me long to realize that but I finally got it.

I seen myself as 7.5% bigger than I actually am. And it said I'm a perfect hourglass! Now that is news to me...lol I guess I see myself way different. I have a big problem with self confidence. I totally lack it. Something I need to work on. Thanks for the site. :flowerforyou:

The ab challenge is easy...right now..lol I currently am doing my second round of 30 Day Shred (on level 1) Squat & Ab challenge and 3-4 days of weight lifting (just started that). Some day......I will take a picture...lol! Someday :blushing:

I am on L2D8. I find I can do this level better than L1 but I sweat much, much more with L2...weird. Anyway, I too get bored of the same work out every day but hang in there. I am also doing the 30D Squat Challenge..ouch!

My thighs have and will always rub...waa:sad: So, I wear shorts under dresses and Bermuda shorts (but those ride up too) bleh!

I too have been off sugar for about 7 days. But I am taking medication as well for glucose intolerance. My issue is I going Insane!!! I am craving a soda or Ice cream! this is making me feel anxious even. I have totally changed my diet due to health issues...no sugar, low fat/cholesterol foods. I feel Im going nuts!

Had a Dr's appt today and she put me on 500mg of Metformin. I have never taken it before :indifferent: so I really don't know what to expect. She also started me on cholesterol lowering medication....New Year New Meds :cry:
