changing diary start date?
I weigh in on a Wednesday Morning - is there anyway to change the diary so it runs wed - wed instead of Mon - Mon? Thank you x

little dresses :(
Just saw a friend tagged in photos for someones birthday - all the girls were size 10/12 wearing lovely dresses and heals they looked amazing - I want to look amazing in a small dress and heals and not have to try squeeze in!!!! This weight loss can't happen any quicker!

paper clip motivation
I have made along link of paper clips representing all the 1/2 kg's i need to lose - each time i lose a hald kg I will take them off to form a new link - I keep this at work where I am likely to go off track more so than at home.... Just thought I would share if anyone else is keen to join in x

recipes and working out the calories..?
If i want to make a recipe but the calorie content is not staed how do I go abut doing so ? Do i really need to add each ingredient or is ther a recipe builder function to help work it out? Thanks in advance x

How many calories are you eating and what are you set to los
I have selected 2lbs a week as this would be amazing - I did notice it is not reccommended....what is the general opnion how much are you aiming for? This leaves me with 1200 calories per day and excercise calories - am I mean to eat all the excercise calories as well? Thank you
