Calorie question
Question: For weightloss - If I have a caloric goal of 1200 and I exercise (burn/earn an extra 715 Calories), am I supposed to retain the 715 as a deficit (on top of the 1200 calories) or eat an extra 715 calories to stay ontrack with the 1200 calorie goal (since there is already a deficit implied through the 1200 cal goal…
