Hello, I am interested in following the 5:2 diet, goal is eating healthy with lower carbs and to lose that stubborn 15-20 lbs...I live in Phoenix area and interested in hiking, swimming, walking, use a Vivofit for tracking.

Have had a fitbit one for 3 yrs, am thinking of getting a vivofit or fitbit flex band?
Anyone want to join me in a group for motivation and supporting each other in starting (or continuing) their "Slim in 6" program?
has anyone ever tried this? and if so, what do you think? ...digging out old work-out dvd's I bought but never used....thanks!!!
