I am finding it hard to get the calories intake after I have done a bit of road cycling e.g Today 15.3 miles at a sedate average speed of 16.2MPH - 56 minutes 1272kcal added to my default 1530 which I will generally eat around 500 calories per meal and find it difficult eating to recover the exercise calories…
