I would agree with the above, don't starve yourself and eat back 1/2 2/3 of your exercise cals. I cycle and Endomondo throws up some high burned compared to Strava so err on caution e.g. 32.5 mile ride Strava 1292 calories Endomondo 2689 calories

Body could be going into starvation mode, if you are exercising and have a low calorie intake its going to try and preserve as much reserves as possible .

The Endomondo app for my phone & the old mountain bike I was given. Allows me to get out and exercise without hurting my knees and no interruptions from the family. Getting a new road bike soon so will be fitted to me properly. Best thing Endomondo links to MFP

You could improvise with anything around the house with a bit of weight, even a couple of carrier bags with some tins from the cupboard & when finished make your lunch :)

people are surprised when I say I was nearly 18St due to my body shape I look generally normal apart from the bit around the waist, doctor once told me due to my structure I will never look the skinny person rather the stocky look.

My idea of heaven is a big plate of meat, lamb chops , pork chops Steak etc. I am a full on carnivore at heart . but I like my eveg nearly or raw tastes nicer ?? to each their own.

I have a fairly low calorie target of 1450 but will do cycling at lunch time which will burn around 400-600 calories, I try to use them up as on occasion when I have been under I have felt run down the next day due to no energy.

Both my knees click/crack when kneeling and my right gives way sometimes which is a pain. Doctor advised building up the lower leg muscles to compensate for the tendons & cartilige deteriorating. The improvements to the i5 over the 4S IMO do not warrant the expenditure in upgrading, Apple seem to have stagnated and are not innovating any more same design just a bit bigger. On spec the i5 is still lagging behind the Samsung Galaxy III.

The good thing about using this app is that you see what things you can have that do not bite into your allowance as much and if you have a sweet tooth you can pick things that are not as bad. I only note my food with the app as I find adding the exercise it upps your allowance so I keep that off thus eliminating the urge…

I always weigh myself in the morning, just so I have a reference without eating anything to up the weight. I also avoid weighing myself every day as it will fluctuate. hit a bit of a plateau atm so hovering around 101kg, time to dust of the gym gear.
