Based on the info you provided, who knows?
How overweight are you?
Have you started a new exercise routine?
Do you have medical conditions or old injuries?
How long are you sitting at a time?0 -
seat height too low /heigh
Way you sit with knees in relation to edge of seat
do you tuck legs under seat (I do & that causes some pain after a while)
a miriad of things can affect your knees when sitting0 -
Do your knees hurt after sitting for awhile, like in a movie theater? and do you hear/feel crunching or grating when you bend you knees, or climb stairs, squat, etc? If so, you may have chondromalacia Patellae. It is when bone spurs and blood build up on the underside of your kneecap because your kneecap doesn't track properly. Can also be caused by repetitive use. If that is what you are getting, get it checked out soon to prevent further damage. It can become extremely painful to the point of not being able to walk.0
