Brown Sugar Alternative
Hey all! So I'm in search of a brown sugar alternative... does anyone know of one that isn't riddled with chemicals that are actually WORSE for you than the actual sugar? (IE Slenda, Equal, Sweet N Low) I have an awesome quick recipe for ham/turkeyburger, but it requires brown sugar, and I'm trying to cut my sugar intake.…

Hey all! I know eating within an hour of waking up kick starts your metabolism, making weight loss easier...but does it work with liquid that has calories in it? (I.E. Juice, Milk, Coffee, Tea etc.)
