I am kinda confused my goal is 1670 i try to get to 1200 because if i go below 1200 it tells me iam not eating enf so iam not burning by eating. My q is when i exercise say i get 600 more do i still try and stay at 1200 or do i have to eat more to burn more or do i just add the 600 as a bonus

Iam 5 days new to mfp.
I am liking it so far and will keep liking liking it way after i reach my goal to lose 70 pounds. I no i can do it because its something i need to get done. Any one that wants to go on my friend list that would be great. Thankx all have a great day
