Is there a point when exercise no longer has a calorie burni
I don't know what is wrong with me lately, but between temptations and cravings I've been having weeks of 2000+ calorie days. I try to adjust my exercise accordingly to burn the additional calories, but I was wondering at some point does the calories burned from a workout no longer count toward the calories I've eaten?

My New Year's resolution was to try 5 new things throughout the year. So, I'm trying a new food: eggplant. I have no idea what to do with it. Does anyone have any recipe suggestions? Happy New Year!! :)

The Daily estimate says I should weight less, but...
I love the button at the bottom of the diary that says "If you ate like this, you'd weigh ?? in 5 weeks". So, how come that number is always three to five pounds lower, but I either gain or stay the same? Getting really tired of this darn plateau I've hit.

Hi everyone, I'm having an issue with always being hungry. I've tried eating slower and drinking water while eating, but it seems that no matter how big the meal I am always hungry. I'm currently eating 1440 calories, but I generally eat 1800 to 2000 calories with the extra calories gained through exercise. I've gained…
