Hi All, i am new to fitness pal, and cant wait to get going. I need some help with things to eat for breakfast, i have never been a breakfast person and i am not a big fan of eggs....what are some ideas to have for breakfast? thanks for your help!
HI, i just had my daughter 4 months ago, and i need to lose some weight! I am having a hard time finding time to exercise, i cant afford a gym membership but am looking for some exercises i can do at home. I live in Maine, so the weather here is getting really cold outside!! any ideas would be awesome! thanks :)
