Okay, I really need some advice. How do ya'll find the strength to do things by yourself? Right now, I feel ashamed that I'm struggling with doing things on my own like how "should be able to." What did you guys do to get rid of the "need" to always have company to do things? For instance, I didn't go for a walk yesterday…
