Unhealthy lunch
Need help! Stupid work cafeteria only had chicken fingers and fries today. Not a big meal but now I need to make up for it somehow. Any advice on my dinner choices, water consumption, etc?

Any runners who followed Becoming One Hour Runner?
I'm looking for opinions about the Becoming One Hour Runner plan. I just finished C25K and looking to increase my distance. I wonder if people found it a good plan or not?

Can I get some opinions on these programs. Are they good or not? Are they focusing on too few muscle groups? Thanks.
