Can I get some opinions on these programs. Are they good or not? Are they focusing on too few muscle groups?
Thanks.

Definitely not too few muscle groups, infact squats are probably the single best exercise you can do! They work your glutes, hamstrings, calves and quads (the largest muscle group in your body).

Pushups are awesome too, they work your chest, shoulders, arms (mainly bicep).

If you are doing these exercises properly they will also work your core as it stabilises you throughout the exercise. This is particularly true if you pause and hold during the exercises.

Of the three, I would think the situps are the least important, but absolutely no harm in doing them!
  • Nice! I might have to try these workouts.

There are some MFP groups doing challenges of these - search for them. *insert red face* I fell off the pushups group, need to start again.

Great exercises, but in that volume it's more for muscular endurance. And doing it daily shouldn't be a requirement since you need to rest and let the muscle recover.
