EXPERIENCE w/ INSANITY FAST & FURIOUS? or POWER 90? HELP
Roughly how long does it take to complete each program? Clearly Power 90 takes 90 days, but do you think it'd be ok if I cut it down to say 42 days? Or would that significantly affect my results? Power 90? Insanity:Fast & Furious?
I'm thinking about ordering Power 90 to start after completing: 30 Day Shred, 100 Push Up Challenge, Couch to 5K, and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I'm hoping I'll be able to do Power 90 AND Ripped in 30. Thoughts? Success with Power 90? Also, any review for Insanity Fast & Furious? Would that be a good one to start after…
