EXPERIENCE w/ INSANITY FAST & FURIOUS? or POWER 90? HELP

Roughly how long does it take to complete each program?

Clearly Power 90 takes 90 days, but do you think it'd be ok if I cut it down to say 42 days? Or would that significantly affect my results?

Also, all you Insanity Fast & Furious vets...how many days/weeks did you continuously do the 20 minute work out? I can't seem to find out how long you're supposed to do it ANYWHERE. And I'm pretty sure it's not the same 60 day deal as the regular Insanity workouts.

    I just use the Insanity Fast and Furious on days where I am pressed for time. I did complete the entire 60 day Insanity program and I loved it!!
