where can I find the calories burned for Insanity and/or P90 under exercise here on MFP? I am trying to add them to my exercise diary and cant find them thanks!
I'm back after being in a no internet zone.....lol....I am a medic in the army currently overseas. I have lost about 16 pounds and looking to loose more. I am ending my tour and will be back in the US Jan 2012. Looking to add friends to keep me on track....and who just wanna bs now and then as well!
