Anyone have the small square iPod Nano and ever use the Nike fitness app on it? I'm curious about using it while running. Is it pretty accurate? I have heard you can use this without having the adapter in your shoe (I just have the ipod).
I can't seem to find a good combination of exercises to add for my sessions on C25K. Should I enter the overall walking time, and then the overall running time separately? How do you guys do it?
