low calorie lunch ideas?
Im deciding what to have for lunch, anyone got any ideas that are filling and low calorie? I was thinking chicken in a pitta with salad, or is that too much? I slept in so didnt have any breakfast, any suggestions?

Hi guys, what are the best wii games to use to loose weight? I currently have WiiFit and micheal jackson just dance but after a while, it gets a bit samey. any suggestions? I do zumba twice a week, so I considered the zumba game, but perhaps something a little different? Many Thanks

been over a week and lost NOTHING, no pounds NOR inches
i know i'm an impatient person, but how long until results show? according to my diet and so on, i should loose just over half a stone in 5 weeks, thats between 1 and 2 pounds a week and I've seen nothing :(

first timer!
title suggests it all, its my first time taking weight loss and fitness seriously, any tips out there? I'm currently on the weightwatchers point plan and I'm starting to attend weekly hourly sessions of zumba -cant wait!
