i tend not to include my fruit and veg as theyre reasonably low calorie, im also on british weight watchers where again, we dont include fruit and veg when calculating points. I guess I could cut out my sugary snacks though - thanks :)

I'm really struggling to get on level 2, i have only done it twice though, seriously hard :( im using 3kg weights though.. perhaps thats a problem? what are you doing, just making sure you dont exceed 1200 and doing 30 day shred each day? thanks xx

I've definately found it can happen, I mean, when I first started, I found it so hard not to eat fatty foods, just snaking on a sausage roll or a packet of crisps was so hard! and I'd always allow myself a 'bad day', where I could eat whatever I wanted. Now, even on my 'bad days' Im finding that Im still doing pretty well!…

thanks guys - i've do zumba at least once a week, going to start going twice though. im also following weightwatchers propoint weight plan, so there has been a change in my diet, i guess it is just a case of being patient! god damn its a long road!
