Im deciding what to have for lunch, anyone got any ideas that are filling and low calorie?
I was thinking chicken in a pitta with salad, or is that too much?
I slept in so didnt have any breakfast,
any suggestions?

^ scrap that idea, i have no carrots0 -
Sounds like a good idea. Soup is always a fave low-cal option and it seems to fill you up more if you wanted to add to your pitta idea?0

Pitta and salad sounds great! Could always add some chicken for extra protein (if you eat chicken that is).0

I love slices of turkey with some laughing cow spread on and rolled up, no bread is better. And then I have veggies and guac or fat free ranch. Since you have no carrots...peppers or cukes or tomatoes?0
