Holidays = Unneccessary amounts of food.
Ok, so starting MFP in June - i've lost 25 lbs so far.. great yes, but i have hit a serious plateau, and then i stopped being so strick with my counting! Please help! I have 25 more lbs i want to lose before the spring! I need inspiration and people that will hold me accountable! The Holiday season calories are killing me!

So, I just did the first of my 30 days with Jillian Michaels 30 day shred! HOLY CRAP - that was way harder than I thought.
