Freeze 1 cup cubed watermelon. put in blender and add a 2-3 strawberries. Blend! Makes a great smoothie and is only 60 calories!
Anyone ever do this? How do you log it? It seemed pretty intense for me and MFP only has yoga as exercise that logs it as a couple hundred calories burned for an hour work.
I'm working out and watching what I eat. The scale isn't moving much for me. Up one week, lose the same 2 pounds the next. Help? My diary is public. Can you see my workouts too? (idk) I'd like some help with figuring out a plan.
I eat low calorie, lots of fruit and veggies and find it almost impossible to eat all the calories when the exercise calories are added. Anybody hear of taking two teaspoons of sea salt in a quart of water to flush your system?
I heard from a friend who is a trainer that you should drink half your weight in ounces of water per day. That seems awfully high. Any thoughts?
:flowerforyou: Just logged on for the first time a couple of days ago and am really liking the way I can track what I eat and see exactly how many calories I eat. I haven't really tracked calories since high school and my 20 year is this year! Anyway...looking forward to seeing less of me!
