Check with your doc. I just had hysterectomy 8 weeks ago and was told NOTHING for 6 weeks but walking. Hard to get back into the routine of walking and eating right after that long. You could probably do some light weight arm lifts

I think part of it depends on WHAT you're eating. I've noticed that when I eat lots of veggies and some fruit and protein, I end up around 800-900 and am very full. I forced myself for awhile to eat all the calories by adding higher fat stuff and making myself eat when I was full and gained a couple pounds. I will not do…

I get up at 6, pray, then put on the workout video (I have a couple I rotate through) and workout for 25-30 minutes doing circuit training, kick and jab and tae bo (rotating). Then in the shower by 6:45. Just have to actually roll out of bed instead of hitting the snooze and rolling over. ;)
