So I felt that I got somewhere by losing almost 4 stone since I joined MFP a few years ago. Up to November I was running at least once a week but had an injury at the end of the month and had to stop. I did myself no favours by stopping MFP entries. Lesson learned. I have , over the past few weeks , manually adjusted my advised goal. The suggested target is 1330 but I drop it down to 1290. This way if I go over I still have 90 cal to play with. Has anyone else tried this ?
