  • Since June I have solely used my WII Fit Plus. I am now doing 20 mins of muscle and yoga and 30 min of Free Jogging. At time of writing this I have lost 47 pounds. I have now joined a gym to add to my work outs with a view to cutting down on WII. I have go to say that it has greatly helped me. :smile:

  • I agree. I have it on my IPod Touch. I now can control myself when I'm out and about more easily. Then when I get home the app syncs with the laptop and I have uptodate info. FANTASTIC I tell everyone I use MFP and may have got some of them looking to use it too.
  • I use the Wii too. 40 mins free jogging most days but up the to 90/120 mins on days off. Using MFP has been a massive help and now I've lost 30 pounds since June 6th.
  • Hi , I am also fairly new to MFP (started using MFP in June). Since the 6th of June with the help of the App I have last to date 22 lbs. My Ideal weight is around 130 lbs. I weighed in this morning at 190 lbs so have a way to go but it is encouraging to see the weight come off.
