Question Concerning Calories
I am a bit confused. . .if my calorie tracker says I get 1200 calories, and I exercise and burn say 600 calories, do I still try to stay under the 1200? When I do, it tells me that I am eating too little. Can someone tell me what I am supposed to follow? Am trying to lose 1.5 - 2 lbs per week, but I have been averaging 1 -…
