How can I exercise off my calories when I'm unable to run or use the Wii Fit? I've been told to rest but I really don't want to put on! :frown: I am still doing my 20 min walk to and from work; which is currently taking 30 mins each way! Any ideas? :smile:
I'm just starting out... Aiming to lose 20lb for starters. I'm 37 and now weigh 168 lbs. I've had a bad day so far but have been fairly good in my first 4 days. Please add me if you wish :-) Good luck all x P.s. my profile pic was taken in June 2008 when I was actually slim! It's my motivation!
