Back injury

How can I exercise off my calories when I'm unable to run or use the Wii Fit? I've been told to rest but I really don't want to put on! :frown:
I am still doing my 20 min walk to and from work; which is currently taking 30 mins each way!
Any ideas? :smile:

    hey not sure what your injury is, so be sure and run anything past your doctor, but if you have access, swimming could be less impact and a really good workout..
  • Good idea.. Must have a look how many calories it is capable of burning and therefore how long I may need to swim for! Thanks
