How can I exercise off my calories when I'm unable to run or use the Wii Fit? I've been told to rest but I really don't want to put on! :frown:
I am still doing my 20 min walk to and from work; which is currently taking 30 mins each way!
Any ideas?

hey not sure what your injury is, so be sure and run anything past your doctor, but if you have access, swimming could be less impact and a really good workout..0

Good idea.. Must have a look how many calories it is capable of burning and therefore how long I may need to swim for! Thanks0
