I'm new here - just started 2 days ago. I had been trying to eat healthier and was eating alot of grains - felt horrible.....started logging my cals. and did good day 1 on MFP. Day 2 stuck to my 1200 cals. Went grocery shopping yesterday for variety of foods and............ended up pigging out and going over my 1200 cals.…
I have just started MFP and know that I always do better with my eating when I am actively tracking what is going in my mouth.....my question is, has anyone tried a 1000 cal. for a short period of time and did this "boost" your weight loss at all? I know that the body is likely to go into starvation mode at that count…
