Friends for support.
Hi guys, I'm 39 and live in Australia. I have been serious about losing weight for about 1 month and MFP has helped me lose 7 kgs (16 lbs) already with the support of a few awsome friends. I'm looking for a little extra support & motivation from anyone to help me lose another 20kgs (44 lbs). Cheers!
